HX 40, twin scroll Borg S300sx,Precision Turbo Billet 6262? Help pick!

Looking to upgrade my tubo set up. My goal is to run low 10's maybe 9's. I have run accross a few turbos and am not sure what would be the best for a street/strip type of car. The turbos im looking at are :

HX 40
twin scroll Borg
Precision Turbo Billet 6262

I am open to any suggestions on other turbo's. Looking for the best tubo technology. Thank you.

Well the new Borg warner efr turbo line has gamma titanium turbine wheels and billet alum compressor wheels. The gamma ti is said to be half the weight of the regular inconel or what ever and will spool that much quicker.

What are your requirements concerning fitment, price, and spool? Your criteria listed above is a little bland and leaves the door wide open.

Well i would like it to fit under the engine bay, i would say about 5,000 is my limit, and i have no idea about spool

Right now i have an old haun racecraft big 16g, just looking to upgrade the setup with a better and stronger turbo. It would be nice not to have to replace everything however i dont think that will happen trying to go with the turbos im looking at. I need comparison with spool time and how much power they produce.

Figured you guys would know the latest and greatest street/strip turbo
