Hp help for newbie

Ok so im a complete newb when it comes to cars so dont burn me too bad. I have a 95 eclipse gsx with manual transmission. Its currently my daily driver but i just bought an f150 for work so i want to make the gsx a project.

It now has....
B&m short throw shifter
ACT 2600 clutch
ACT lightweight flywheel
Full apexi 3" pipe
Buschar racing boost control
Cold air intake with k&n filter
K sport coilovers
Wastegate

I tried looking for the upgrade paths but to no availe so I need to be pointed in the right direction. I want quite a bit more hp but am not sure where to start. Bigger turbo is the first thing that comes to mind. Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks

Are you still running the Garret T25? Cause it seems you have all the supporting upgrades done for a turbo upgrade. for a fairly decent and cheap "ish" you could do a Big T28 turbo from Forced performance, or you could get a j-pipe kit and a 16g. but either of these upgrades are still going to require some sort of tuning equipment, injectors and likely a new fuel pump.

I'm sure there's others who could elaborate more than i can.
