And me an another person said we know and have seen it run with our own eyes. I know of one or 2 other people on the board who have seen it run and now the guy personally but just haven't posted in the this thread.
 
any idea what compression is run? They may have bumped that up to make power that way since it is strictly a race car, and that would make it seem more realistic for those who don't believe.

It's completly realistic and not even super impressive. It's a race car and almost strictly a NO2 car. It's got a 2.4 build bottom end and built head and weighs close to nothing (compaired to the average dsm anywaysLOL. The reason the injectors, intercooler, and ignition are stock is because the stock turbo isn't doin much work in the overall picture and those are supporting mods for the air pushed by the turbo.



The car is impressive btw. Great times that took a really good tuner/builder/driver to get, but the hype about being on the stock turbo and other parts is kinda dumb.

Pauter rods, Ross pistons, 264/264 cams, new valvetrain, minor head work, 720 injectors, sumped stock tank with external pump, afpr, FMIC, 2 1/2" GM MAF, steel mistu headgasket. Im sure im forgetting some stuff but thats off the top of my head. Im shooting for some 6 second 1/8th mile passes or bust. I hope to make at least 550 awhp.

After the owner of the company who built his engine said it was 2.4, someone else swears it's a 2.0, and FFWD specializes in 2.4 cranks in 2.0 blocks, it lead me ask a question. If you can't answer it, don't post stupid, harassing comments.

I know him personally and talk to him almost everyday. His car is a 2.0 /8:5.1 Compression. It has JE pistons and Eagle Rods. Titanium springs and retainers with stock valves I believe. Car is gutted and spraying 40shot off the line and another 100shot on top half track. He doesn't believe in needing all the upgrades like we have to run fast. Everything else is pretty much stock down to the fuel pump and injectors. No need to hit fuel cut when you're only running stock boost. The N20 has it's own intank fuel pump and fuel line for the solenoids. Car just ran this weekend and did 11.1 at 128mph. He always gets people not believing him about his car setup. FFWD Connection didn't even believe him. :laugh: He even tried putting his times in the Best Times list and they wouldn't let him till they saw video proof.

Really it's the best compliment you could get. You run so fast with so little that no one even believes you. He gets a gold star in my book. And being oh so close to 10's, I am sure that it coming soon enough.

If you were a real tuner you would have respect and understand how it feels when every one is calling your car B.S. I have worked to damn hard on my car for someone like you to make up lies about me and my car. If you feel that strong about your opinion you are more that welcome to come see my car. Also Darren probably doesn’t even remember me even though I was one of the only seven bolt motors that he did. If you still don’t believe that my car is a 2.0 I will scan my receipt and e mail it to you just to put you in you place. OMG

I don’t understand why no one believes me, I am only doing what muscle cars have been doing for 30 years now. What is so hard to understand about making the motor strong and adding as much N.O.S. as you can. It is just like running a big turbo but better and ten times easier to tune. Plus it is hell of a lot cheaper. Now lets clear something’s up.
1st My car is a 2.0 not a 2.4.
2nd The entire fuel system is stock, yes even the fuel pump.
3rd The computer and ignition is stock
4th The compression is 8.5-1
5th The car made 389 hp to the wheels on the dyno
6th The car weighs now weighs 2600 with me

For those that wanted to know.

The car ran a best of 12.4 @110 off of the bottle
The car ran a best of 12.7 @103 on street tires with out bottle
The car ran a best of 12.4 @116 on street tires with the bottle.
The car Y.T.D. ran a best of 11.14 @ 127 :thumb:
The car Y.T.D. ran a best mph of 128 :thumb:

Yeah I made up all of that, huh? :rolleyes: Idiot, try a little reading comprehension. I obviously credit all of that back to what I THOUGHT was a reliable source. Jesus, if the guy who built your stupid car is a reliable soucre, what is?????
