how to tighten A/C belt?

alright i just need to figure out how to tighten my AC belt on my 90 tsi because the car never had AC and now i am hookin it up and idk how to tighten it..any suggestions will help. thanks

I also have a 1990, one of the pulleys that the AC belt runs on is mounted to a bracket on the side of the motor, if your looking straight down at the pulley from above, there should be a bolt visible behind the pulley, when you tighten this bolt, the pulley will rise upward and tighten the belt more and more the higher you raise the pulley. Hope this was clear enough, and post back if you need any more help.
