just trying to find out how to pull the head off of my 4g64 ive unbolted the exhaust manifold and the head bolts are all out just trying to figure out how to pull it off

The reverse of something like this:

Under the intake there is likely a bracket attaching the intake to the back of the block with bolts, feel around back there or look up from behind it to see if this is the case. Timing belt of course has to be removed also.

I'm not being unnice, I'm not even referring to the OP or their skill level at all :) -- I'm just making a general comment. If anything, I'm giving OP the benefit of the doubt that they handled the obvious stuff first and is now being subject to that damn bolt we always seem to forget that holds something in place.

If one hasn't removed the IM or the IM from the bracket, sometimes the bracket itself can even be caught back there. That's why I suggest removing the IM first. It makes the load lighter, less unbalanced, and only costs some scrapes on the forearm. Worthwhile, I've found.

Believe me, i've earned a plaque or two for various things.
One of them is performing a crankshaft endplay measurement by using a prybar with the pan off while the engine was still in the car. The dial indicator was affixed to the frame rail at the time and I didn't think anything of it until 6 months later. You can guess what my measurements looked like.
