How to post data logs for help?

So I tried to use the write up for posting logs to excel then saving as a web page but It does not work for me

Palm IIIc
pocketlogger.com OBDII

log format is .DBA
when I rename it to .CSV and open in Excell its all in ASSCII or something

If left alone I can't even open in excell, and my palm desktop thing won't even "see" the logger files cause it doesn't have a catagory for it ?

What am I doing wrong ?
I need to get the hang of this simple part cause I ordered my 400hp+ buildup parts today !

Are you using the viewer provided here http://pocketlogger.com/index.php?pid=utilities

The viewer will allow you to export directly as a .CSV file which you will be able to open in Excel. No renaming needed.
