Just a quick question, How much do you think its going to cost to fix this? I dont want to get ripped off and I'm sure you guys have a better idea than I would. So if you could just take a look and tell me how much you think I should pay to get it fixed. Thanks

Note: I already have a brand new door, and the entire quarter panel area which was cut out of another eclipse. So that doesnt need to be included in the estimate.

i had my rear quarter panel worked on in the past i think ur lookin at like near a grand give or take a few hundred since u already have the panel to replace it with. wont be cheap or easy ill tell u that

Yea that would be great Im just trying to see what I should be charged so I dont get raped by all these New Jersey Body shops. Thanks

i just got into an accident and my car looked very similiar to that few small dents in back door and nice good size dent in quaretr panal but they popped out the dent in panal and fixed the door and fixed a few other things paint on miror new rim etc. so deducting all the extra stuff i would say my insurance paid about a grand to pull it out fix it re paint it. but your looking at replacing the whoel quarter panal and painting. i talked to that autobody before i got the apprasial and he said that if they were to replace the whole panal it would be about 2000 because quarter panals are a pain in the ass on our cars guess alot of labor. if i was u take it some where and get an estimae. just to give you a ball park figure they could also tell you if they could pull it out. another option could be to take out a piece of the new panal and take out ur old piece and just patch it and sand it bondo and itll look like new but you wont be able to tell shop around bring it to a few prices and get some estimated if i was you.

If they just cut out the damage portion of the quarter panel, and weld in the new section (without replacing the entire thing, It might not cost as much as replacing the entire panel, seeing as how 70% of your panel is fine.

Just an update I still havent fixed the side of my car someone stole my 1/4 panel. Don't ask.

Well I gave the parts to a guy that was going to do the work for me and then at the last minute he bumped up the price. So I told him I would get it done with someone else well he decided that he wouldnt give me back my parts. I talked to the police they said it wasn't worth the court fee's. so yea I have pretty bad luck I've been rolling with the dent forever!

i worked at a body shop before and i called them and it would be 800$ just to get the rear 1/4 panel and replace it on there. then you got to worry about pain and all.
