How do you fix oxidized paint?? Very little on the hood, but pretty much the whole roof is oxidized????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this car wax made for black cars only, and used it on my 90 NT with oxidized paint. made a little difference, it didnt look as bad from certain angles. but in the end you gotta just repaint it
