Doing the body work on my gst and don'tknow if I should attempt to heat this and push it out then add a little filler, leave it or fill it, I'm afraid If I just fill over it the filler will just Crack, how should I fix this? Any help appreciated chrissy

You’ll wind up doing both. There is no support for the cover in that area. Heating it will get the larger valleys removed, but will not be smooth enough to not be noticeable.
Companies make flexible bumper fillers, inclding 3M, so look for products specifically for flexible repair.
