i was wondering how much boost i can run safely on the fuel setup i have now:

i have a
1.walbro 190 (hardwired)
2.evo III 560 cc injectors
3.afc neo brand for tuning

for a turbo setup i have a big 16g, and hard IC piping, and a aftermarket smic

Well its not the boost that matters. It's the flow that makes the difference, correct question would be how much air can I push per min with this setup? And the correct answer is... well there is none, there is only estimated amount as all cars and turbos act differently!

Now I can say there is many threads that tested this to help people like you that want a rough number... now unfortunately I'm on my phone posting this or else id get you a few links. But the thing is they're out there so search man.

Goodluck.

Here is a page with lots of good #'s and info

Do you have a logger? Good investment if you're asking this question. Ultimately you can use this to make your decision (watch duty cycles and knock). 16g wont max out a 190 with 550s so the pump is fine.
As far as a #, I dont know - whatever 32lb/min ends up being for you I guess. Anyone with numbers handy?
