that hood doesnt look that bad. if it was the diffrence of my car over heating and not overheating i would us it...

It's just "why bother trying" since there's all these FMICs out there! (stock SMIC will *handle* 400hp, it just gets a wee bit warm if you stay on the power for extended periods of time)

dnhieu said:yeah i know, i looked all over RRE's website and couldnt find it. i guess you gotta call them. the only problem i have with a vented hood is what happens when all that water gets on the exhaust manifold? or what happens when it gets on the air filter? other then that it seems like a great idea. i could always get another heat shield but what am i going to do about my tial wastegate or do i not have to worry about that cracking?
