i dont have rev i can ajust it so that i do but then its hard to get in first and second or its hard to get in revers and 5th so if any one could tell me some info on this i need it thanks

also i think i need to bleed my clucth cuzz i have to push it all the way to the floor to get the act2600 to ingage and some one pushed my clutch in when the tranny was out and pushed the rod out and let fluid out

First learn to type, use proper grammar. With that in mind.
To adjust shift linkage cables follow this: http://www.vfaq.com/mods/shifter3.html
Next, YES bleed your clutch. Whenever air is allowed into the system, it is always advisable to take the time to bleed the clutch. Last, you should need to push the clutch all the way to the floor to get the clutch to dis-engage. Its never a good thing to push the clutch part way then shift. This part of your post makes little sense. Please clarify.

thanks but that didnt realy help and it has to go clear to the floor to engage in to gear. it seems like it needs to be pushed in more but its all the way to the floor. i bleed the clutch and its still the same. i tightend the brackit on the tranny and now i only grind going in to revers but i do have 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th so im going to try to change the fluid and hope for the best

any other reason it would grind going in ot revers

I kinda had the same problem (i think I couldent really read your post) I had the pedal assembly illness...its where the pedal assembly gets worn and you have to weld a part of it to. it was a PITA but after it helped alot (do a serch there will be tons of info on this since it happens to every dsm) ...another thing is bleeding... I spent 2 hours under the car bleeding and i still think i shoulda spent another hour to make it perfect....
Hope this helps

Brad :)

I am having a similar problem with clutch dis-engagement and people are saying the with any act clutch it is nessecary to shim the pivot ball out in the tranny. Ill be doing this on wednesday, ill let you know if it works. :thumb:
