what do you guys think of these plugs?

Terribly worn.
Top of the center electrode is all but rounded out. New electrode's top is flat straight across.
Squash washer is all but flat from being pulled too many times and then overtorqued on install.
Go buy some new ones.
Doesn't cost much for new set of NGK's

If you're turbo, gap them to .028'
If you're a non-turbo, buy NGK BPR6ES-11's with the gap set at .044'

Color looks good - no soot, no oil, no tarnish or harsh deposits .... just worn out.

Plugs are only $10 for a set so id just replace them. Especially if you say they have been in your car for a while. For $10 you wont need to worry anymore. Just dont over tighten.
