Ok this is a 4G64 Harness what are these plugs for? Can't seem to find there mates.

The starter circuit is independent of anything else you've mentioned and is identical on the 63 and 64 systems. Unless one was an auto and the other a manual, there shouldn't be any problems. Check your connections at the starter, at the battery, and your fuses.
As for the fuel pump module, I assume you're asking because you no longer have the unit from the Spyder? It would be part number MR239764.
