How do I remove the crash beams?

Wondering how I remove those pointy crash beams on a 2g?

I didn't remove mine, but I recall there being a big bolt underneath each of them. Shouldn't be too hard.

2 bolts on each side. Get under the car, grab a 14mm socket and take them out.

14mm? Thanks man, just want to take it out to put a greddy fmic in.

From what I remember it is 14mm, it could be 18. This is what it looks like.
