2G 420A - How Do I Remove The Stalk

So my left turn signal constantly stays on, I was told that it sounds like the stalk.

All I see is two screws underneath the steering wheel, am I missing something here guys?

Also do I need to disconnect the battery before I do this?

I appreciate any and all replies.

Whenever you work on electrical disconnecting the battery is always a good idea unless your checking your power and grounds. Doing so prevent accidental contacts (short circuiting) resulting in blown fuses
