how do i remove the blue ignition plug?

so im installing my turbo timer right now and from my understanding i need to unplug this and plug it into the harness but i cant seem to get a good grip on it to remove it. any ideas heres a picture.

just imagine it clockwise 90degrees

needle noses or take more stuff apart. use a mirror to see whats on the back side.

I would pull the dash apart some more as stated above. Give yourself some more room to work. I have a 90 deg pick that works well in these situations.
