Wedge a block of wood between the crankshaft and the engine block and use an impact wrench or a long 1/2" breaker bar with a cheater bar extension if necessary.

ok so basically "pop" it off right? do i need to make any timing marks? and all suggestions are welcome from anyone else who may read this LOL

Taking the nut off is easy... Now pulling off a stuck sprocket.. THAT is the challenge..

But on a serious note. I simply wedged a rubber handle in my crank and broke it loose, hell even a block of wood would work. But thats just me, I dunno if anyone else would suggest it, just sayin what worked.

hmm ok that seems to be what im hearing... my main question/problem is getting that crank sprocket off... thats the last thing i need off that destoryed block
