As the title states...I need to remove my alarm or something....for some reason it will go off at random times when the doors are locked....I'd like to lock my doors but I don't need an alarm...I've obviously tried pulling the fuse for the alarm which didn't work...any help would be appreciated

Go follow each wire where ever they connect to and remove one by one. If its cut, look for the same color and solder them together. Pretty easy since the harness has their own sections.

As 93_tsi_fwd said. Follow the wires back to their connection points and remove them. Is it an aftermarket alarm system? If so, there will be 4 or 5 wires that connect to your ignition harness near the steering wheel clam shell. And the other usual "tap" location is the body wiring harness near the drivers left foot kick panel. After you remove the alarm reconnect the factory wires to their mates of corresponding color. Hope this helps :thumb:.

It would be under the hood if you got a after market alarm. If its a stock alarm it's your horn's. Pulling the fuse should work just make sure your pulling the right one out.

Also you got 4 alarm triggers test them maybe one of them is your real problem. They are on your doors, hatch and hood. Just check over them making sure they are working right.
