How do I DISMANTLE my factory alarm?!?

Ive read through the threads.

Ive pulled my fuse and relay under the dash, but my headlights still flash sometimes for no reason when my car is on and the "security" green light still comes on when I lock my doors. I cant find out where the hell the alarm is, hardwired into the ECU or something? I just wanted to know if I could trace down some wire and give it a good snip.

I removed my door lock fuse, you said security fuse? In the fuse box in the car? I removed the fuse in the car that said "anti theft", but I still have the same issue as in my original post.
