how do i fix

I have garrett 50 trim and it is leaking in i dont know how to fix it. I did a boost leak and this is were it is leak look at pic.

It is leaking where the like gold looking piece is

I was not sure if there is suppose to be a gasket there between that gold metal and the compression housing.

I'd prob take the turbo off, then take the compressor housing off, and look for any cracks or damage that may be causing a leak. That's the easiest way to find out what's wrong. Can't fix something, if you don't know what's causing it in first place.
