what belt/ how do i fix

I have a 2g Eclipse, non-turbo. I was driving and all of the sudden I hear a crumbling and then my power steering goes. Drove it home and saw a belt was shredded. I had just had my p/s system and water pump seize on me and it was all replaced by a shop so I figured the belt was replaced too but when I called them they said they never replaced the belt and won't replace it. My question is now, what belt is it and what do I need to do/need to fix it.

Go to the parts store and tell them you need a P/S belt for your car, and get one. Pretty simple to install as well

Make sure you can move the p/s pulley by hand first. Before buying a p/s belt and having the power steering pump seized again...
