how difficult would it be to put a evo 3 manifold on my 90 gsx

not to difficult, the hardest part is going to be
NOT BREAKING STUDS

on your turbo you are going to have 3 bolts and 1 stud with nuts on top. this is a pain in the ass, unless your turbo has been replaced before. this will either make you find a way to back out the stud, or removal of the turbo or partial removal.

the exhaust studs sometimes break. which is shitty.

It's actually a direct bolt-on. You may need to grind away some of the material on the manifold in order to get it to sit with the power steering bracket. I've heard some guys haven't needed to do it but some have. Take your pick.
