How did you learn ECMLink?

How did you learn how to tune off ecmlink when your first got it? What are the biggest do’s and dont’s when tuning?

Watch the videos, look at YouTube and ask questions on the ECMLink site or here for some of our members to give a hand. You have to start out with the basics and load up a stock tune from ECMLink. That "should" get the car started. You will learn how to manipulate fuel, timing, fuel trims, volumetric efficiency and lots more the deeper and more involved you get with it (and learning time). If you don't know what some of that is, look it up and then go over to Thomas/Daves website and watch there demos HERE. It just takes time and help from those that are knowledgeable enough and kind enough to lend a hand! I hired a remote tuner a few times before I dabbled in it personally and still will if I can't get the car to work right. Most of the time, the guys/gals on here will chip in and try to guide you if you try to help yourself also.
