My 2g has issues starting on hot starts. It stumbles over 90% of the time if it’s even not completely at operating temp., and if I start the car after going inside the grocery store (5-10 mins.) it stumbles on and the whole car shakes like crazy for 10 seconds then goes away. Really annoying issue been going on for a while now, and more concerned about it not being safe for the car rather than just being annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why did you delete the fuel pressure solenoid? It is designed for just that, raise the fuel pressure for hot starts. At a certain temp it will activate and pull from the outside instead of from the intake manifold under vacuum. It is the same as removing the vac line from the FPR. It raises the fuel pressure to avoid "vapor lock" in hot conditions.

I deleted it bc I was having the same issue. I reinstalled but I have one from a Mazda protege 03 that someone on here suggested I use

I am still having this startup issue. I have installed an AFPR -6an lines, and a warlboro 255, and still no luck. I have tried setting base fuel pressure, but my fuel pressure gauge's needle keeps bouncing erratically? I don't believe it is supposed to do this being its a liquid filled gauge. Thoughts?
