First Gen?? They put a freakin Focus and Neon in there instead of a 2nd gen MR2. But I agree, there should be a 94 Eclipse as well as a 2G, just be happy there isn't a 3G.
 
Nobody has mentioned it but that front end on the first pic looks like the front end off the newer Mitsu SUVs and mini SUVs. Next time you see one take notice and you will see it looks similar just exagerated a bit....at least it looks like they used the same styling cues. The way that "shield like" part comes down the front and such. Personally I like the front end on that car. Definitely different from the everyday kits that are so common on Eclipses nowdays...but I am a ricer at heart. Really does have that "concept car" look.

Sure I know that NOW ;) I hadn't heard anything about the game when I bought way back when, so imagine my surprise when i wasted the turbo supra in my n/a civic. I would've liked for the game to be more realistic, Like GT2 or something. Hope the new one is better.

Weird when i was in spain in summer i never saw a modified car.

THe Yellow eclipses bumper and headlights look good, anyone know where i could get the headlights?
 
I know everybody has their opinions, but I love that 1st yellow Eclipse. Tell me you wouldn't look twice at that coming down the road. Looks agressive as hell! I love it.

I personally enjoy bodykits. I don't think all are nice. I have seen ugly ones. But you know, even if it is ugly, I respect the amount of work that somebody has put into that. Everybody has there own style. I think it would be damn boring if there was nothing but stock looking Eclipses everywhere you went. Yes, there are a beautiful car, but there is nothing wrong with giving it an altered look to be you. :dsm:

Just IMO, not trying to be a dick.

I have nothing against bodykits,but in my opinion,it's very hard to improve the looks of the 2gb,the 2ga is improved by swapping to a 2gb front.I'd say their might be 1 or 2 kits that will improve on the eclipse looks from stock and maybe 1 or 2 that are actually desigend with aerodynamics in mind.I hate the blitz,it's disgusting I like the evo3,but stock still looks better.on the other hand,the 1g needs some help here,it's style has passed and doesn't look as good as the 2g,but it's not ugly and still looks nice,just not as nice.Again,very hard to find a body kit for a 1g to look better then stock.the only kit i've seen that looks better than stock on a 1g is the drift kit,on a rice note black altezass don't look bad on some 1g's depending on the color,but are the best way of f%^&*ing up a 2g asthecic apearence.
 
I actually like this one, only the bumper sticks out some, and I don't like that. (Not the physical placement, but the design pokes out.)

I dont know how the hell to attach the image or i would, but its of the yellow and black eclipse with the thin grey trim dividing the two. I could care less about the paint job but holy hell thats a Border style front bumpe for a 2Ga, I must have. Now these are all from Spain but please if you have ANY information on where to get one of these PM me, or hell if you know where i can just see more pictures of it.
 
Those mirrors are SLR replica's I belive, and I think that kit your talking about is called the SF1 or something like that.
 
I like most alll the red ones and the white one... the rest aren't my style, but they're way better than some stuff I've seen, and I KNOW you can all agree with me. With a few modifications to many of the kits there, they would look awesome..it was just kinda bad execution, which is the way with nearly any kit... And about the yellow one in question.. the front was probably made to mimic some of the ones in the game...although I would have preferred if they'd created the Mantis widebody from the game instead :)
 
Id like to know where they got that hood orniment on the second car pics.. Id like to know where to get one of those? Is that a 2g model?? :) LOL!
 
It doesnt look half bad, however it seems to drop the body WAYYYYYYYYY to low to the ground. The car looks 100% undriveable like that. Im not even sure how you would get that on a trailer to even tow it to a show....


Actually now im curious, how DID they move that thing?
 
Don't care much for the big wing, but those cars don't look too bad.
