I'm with the dude a few posts up, stock 2g lowered, tinted windows, some nice wheels, and maybe front lip. The rest of the money BETTER be in go-fast mods! <===That's a true DSM!!!

I will gladly agree that a lowered 2g with rims and tint looks awesome, thats why I wanted an Eclipse, they look Freaking amazing.
However I will also say that the right bodykit done correctly can make a 2G really stand out and look great.

That's why I haven't decided if I want a bodykit or not yet. (If I do it definitely won't be Blitz)

I don't know why there always has to be soo much hate between Turbo and NT guys.
I wanted a turbo very badly, and someday I will have one. But for now, my 2g NT is great. It's a huge step up in performance and looks from my old car. So why can't we all just get along, we all like DSM's, some of us have NT's and some of us have turbos some of us like kitted cars and some of us don't. But below all that stuff, we all own a DSM and we all love our DSM's.

I personally think all the cars look sweet. I like the front bumper on the first pic. and the Maroon red one with the marble kinda hint to it look's bad ass. I think's that one of the sweetest looking eclipse i've ever seen. Flame all you want, I like the ricer look.

You know, I would love to see a 1st gen in a racing game. Too bad FnF ruined the chances of that ever happening! I like a lil bit of rice.... but not much.I'll get a kit.. probably the combat for my 1st gen (which i know isnt as good as the drift for getting air into a fmic, but dammit i like it) and a T2 wing i have will go on. Oh yeah, I like neon... But rest assured, my baby will be able to back it up.

haha if they used the 3g they would have to put a 60+ year old option in the game. everything moves slower and you race against lincolns, buicks, and mercury sables... you start at the retirement home and you finish at the graveyard. :laugh:

Way to overkill a car. Why do people think that more is better? If half the visual mods done to these cars were not done, the cars would look decent. Need for Speed and Fast and Furious each need a new team of members that know how to make a car look good. I would take a 100% stock eclipse body over those cars and I'm a visual designer, if that means anything.

THANK YOU someone understands , NSFU was the RICEST GAME IN THE WORLD!, you could beat the WHOLE game with stock parts.... but you couldnt unlock a damn thing, unless you bought every damn body kit, and the bigger the body kit, and the more stickers you had, the more your rating went up... WTF.... the only "racing" game i really respect is tokyo xtreme racer... now thats not rice.... its just awsome.... like 300+ cars, and all sound a little bit different.... o welll maybe after the fnf age goes away, we will have real street racing... not NFSU where a stock civic with a wide body kit, and a huge turbonetics stick can beat the whole game (i have done this... i played the whole game on hard with a stock civic.... and still won....) only game a civic can beat a skyline.... as long as the civic has more stickers that is...

they gave out a demo of the game at NOPI. It's decent. You have to steer with the stick tho and not the D-pad. I hate that.

On a side note, where do you get those projectors? I think they are quite sexy and give a subtle addition of aggressiveness that my car could benefit from. PM me if anyone knows.

Guys I've been playing NFSU for the last hour or so in drift mode. The reaosn you won against supras isnt because of your stickers, stuickers dont modify anything not even reputation it is because they coded the game so that your competition is at about the same performance level as you no matter what car they are driving. That way it takes a little skill to win and not just a super fas car. I mean come on, in no way does it even try to be a for real racing game. You want a for real racing game go get Tokyo or GT3. NFSU was meant to be fun, and I think that it succeeded at that.

I like the design of the yellow one a lot... Don't know if I'd actually put it on my car, but it makes it look like one of those futuristic concept cars. Not too exaggerated IMO, nice and hi-tech looking. It's like they actually designed the kit with the whole car in mind, not just as a "flashy super-vented" kit, but as a whole new car. Kinda reminds me of the Prodrive CR-1 RSX

I agree, NFSU was menat to be a "fun" racing game. It is kinda weak tho that you can race a civic and beata skyline in it... but it ws a fun game. Hopefullys NFSU2 will be a lil better.. but dammit... WHERE IS THE 1ST GEN!!!!! Do you think if a bunch of us contacted the developers a million times and harrassed them day and nite we would see a 1st gen? Or just get slapped with restraining orders?

Shit I dont care I like the front in the 1st pic. If I could find one I would get it just because its new and different. Better then driving around town with 3 other DSM's that all have the Blitz front....kits are starting to get old. To many of the same ones out there. Wish they would come up with some new stuff
