I've been talking to a good friend of mine about different ways on trying to keep the cooling on my galant down for track days. first and for most there will be ducting, but I'm taking this a bit farther.
The setup would be a 16g or HX35 hot pipe with pre turbo and post turbo meth injection running on E85,
All i run is random track days ran by private people.
So ... do you think something like this can run 4 20 min sessions in the summer making good power say.. 300hp ish
Any thoughts on this are welcome.

For this type of setup you should run the largest frame turbo possible to give the desired power with the most amount of lag you can stand. The larger the turbocharger, the less heat it will generate for a given airflow (less boost required, lower compressor pressure ratio). Also, you should run an unrestrictive turbine housing (T3) to free up exhaust backpressure allowing you to produce more power with less boost and increase exhaust scavenging effect.

I can't comment on whether or not this will work, but one advantage is the elimination of any heatsoak effect. If the system works well enough to prevent knock for 5 minutes, it should be fine for 20 minutes.

Other cooling tips: ducting WITH aluminum tape/foam etc, large external oil cooler, remove A/C, angle-duct to direct air passing under car up into the rad, hood vent..
