Hose Question.

Hey, guy's I finally got my car back up on the road, but I just need help on one thing, It's about a hose or pipe on that should go from the BOV-the Intake, I believe...not sure i do have pictures, too help, but i need to know what piping i need to get So i can remove the good ol Bottle cap we put in there.



As you can see my AWESOME BOTTLE cap. Had to hold the air in somehow.

Anywho If ya'll can tell me what kind of hose I need, It will make this all better. Thanks.

Is there's a reason you're not just removing the bottle cap and clamping the hose into the Blow off valve as what's really in need here?

Poor hose would Crimp. if we tried to bend it that way, and we have tried. With no success.

Gotchya. I see what you're looking for now.

There are pieces of flex hose that you can pick up in the same diameter from most parts stores. It has a coiled spring molded into it to keep it from folding over on itself. The hose looks something like this.

You can also try rotating the intake a slight bit away from the BOV to create a little clearance. If all else fails and it still folds over on itself, lengthen the hose, flip the BOV around backwards, and run the hose to the Blow off port that way. May not be the prettiest but it's effective.

Drive to Auto Zone and take that hose inside so you can get one with the correct I.D. They sell hose that has pre-formed bends in it so it doesn't crimp when making a turn.
