Ok I dont know if I should post this in motor tech but i will start here. I have searched around and unablet o find clear info.

car is a 1995 Eclipse gs-t 97k orginal miles 5 speed

Lets start with when it started. I was getting ready to go on trip for work and was running late and needed an oil change. I stopped at the shop down the street and had them do it. I asked for mobile1 oil and they gave me penzoil (found that out later on down the road)

Shortly after this oil change I will be driving down the road and all of a sudden the car gets a wicked vibration in the front end. I spend up a little bit got worse and when I pulled the car out of gear it stopped. Put the car in gear and it started up again. While pulled over I poped the hood to check it out and the motor is running super rough and kinda sounds like it has aggressive cam. After searching around for about a minute it stops and starts running normal and smooth.

I did check the oil and had the proper level in it. looked clean. After a review of my print out of the work it showed they put 10-30 Penzoil in it.

I can figure it out I have since changed the oil (no metal shavings etc.)

I can't think of any reason an oil change would cause the car to run rough. Sounds more like you might have a bad plug. With the transmission in neutral there isn't any load on the engine. You might not notice a miss then. When you put it in gear and put a load on the engine the miss will really show up.

Is the vibration there all the time or is it intermittent? All the time could mean you've lost your front balance shaft belt.

Intermittent could mean problems with the harmonic balancer.

I would start with the simple things, spark plugs, etc in the ignition system.

it is hit or miss. when it does it and I pull the car out of gear and then put it back in it goes away

plugs are brand new. changed them when this started. coil pack is new changed that when this started and didnt solve the problem.

no vac leaks checked for that and double checked
