Honing or new block?

This is cylinder 2. The previous owner used straight water as coolant. He decided to raise the boost to 29 psi on stock head bolts and lifted the head. Long story short, it sat with water in the cylinder and it pitted a bit on the cylinder wall in a couple spots. Any thoughts on a fix? Would I be able to hone it or would it be better to take it to a machine shop?

It prolly needs to go to the next over size. If you can feel it, it won't just hone out. Those look like OG wiseco's 95% chance they have cracked skirts and are junk. Time to build a new motor.

Perfect, I'm already .020 over . I may just do a new block since I'm paying for the machine work anyways.
