Holset Hx40 falling out of boost

Hello,

Having problems with the car holding boost inbetween shifts. Car when making a 3rd gear pull from 2k up 7k and it will hit full boost "30 psi" at around 4,800rpm go to shift into 4th with NTLS and Anti lag on and the car falls down to 17psi and doesnt hit full boost until about 6,800rpm in 4th.

Im stumped ive tried just about everything, need help Here is a recent log.

Makes no sense at all- the higher the gear, the faster it should spool. What turbine housing / manifold are you using?

.55 BEP with Fp Mainifold. Im not sure if the wastegate is messing up or what... i also had the NLTS set at 6500 and falls down to 5400rpm.

Boost leaks? Internal wastegate or external?

With that combo and the ridiculously long spool up time after that gear change, I am leaning towards a open wastegate. Its still spooling just at a awfully slow pace.
