Holset housing question

Alright fisrt of all i have searched and i couldnt find what i was looking for. Out of the bep .55/70ar housings, and the stock housings whats best for street car.

Well the smaller housings such as the bep .55 are gonna spool quicker but choke the holset up top. If you wanna keep it streetable and still have power up top I would look into a full twinscroll setup with the stock Holset housing.

Depends what you want, faster spool or higher peak horsepower.. Obviously the smaller .55 ar housing would be better spool but really it all comes down to what you want out of YOUR car!
