OK i was wondering how good the hks vpc is compared to the safc I or II. And if it is a good choice to have until i can afford dsm-link. Here is the link to the one i have been looking at, thanks.

They were over $1,000 new and are now discountinued. You can go change over to speed-density with the VPC and get rid of your MAFS all together.

So its a piggyback, will this take the place of a safc. And will this be a good purchase until i can afford dsm-link.

Sure, if you feel like having to fully re-tune the car every time the weather changes, or any time you add a new mod. These are problems associated with ANY speed density setup. If you're gonna blow a few hundred bucks, get a DSMLink. I had a VPC/GCC combo that I never ended up installing...sold it on ebay to some guy for $900!!! I don't get it, it's an outdated, inaccurate system, just get Link.

The only reason i was going to get it is because i can buy one for 450 chipped witht he injectors i need. Thanks for the help.
