hks 272 questions

so I installed HKS 272's today, and my vacuum is at 12-13hg at 850-900 rpm's, is this normal for these cams with stock cam gears (if that matters?) Also how much "lope" should I have? Should it be noticeable? My lope now is quite noticeable, but some say it does not lope, and others say it does. Which is the truth?

It does lope and your vacuum sounds fine.

if you are worried about vacuum, you can always pick up a set of adjustable cam gers and advance the intake, and retard th exhaust a degree or two.

Yeah just took it for a drive, and love how it pulls, and love the aggressive sound!

Vacuum sounds fine.
Lope is dependent on what your idle is set at, at 850-900 she should lope pretty good.

As has been mentioned in this thread vaccuum is normal for these cams and yes its normal for them to lope. my car is ripped apart as we speak HKS 272's are in as well cant wait to start it although im very nervous to start it i just have those negative thoughts of my timing being off or something sounds really good i like it
