When I first start my car up the rpms are fine between 850-1000. If I drive around for awhile and the engine reaches normal operating temperature, the tach jumps up between 1800-2200. I can still drive but, it just gets annoying sitting at a stoplight with the rpms that high. The car is pretty much bone stock (right now.) It has 102,000 mi, new water pump, TB, hoses, belts, spark plugs and wires.

Any tips or suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan

Check all hoses and pipes to make sure they are secure. Sounds like a small boost leak. If it's not that check the throttle.
