Hey everyone. I have been fighting with this issue for a while and im thinking its directly related to the ACT2600.

My transmission is a Shep stage 2. Open differential with torrington bearing mod. I currently have a act2600 6puck unsprung. Shimed pivot ball.Oem TOB,clutch line, master and slave. Rear trans mount energy insert.

This damn thing will not take a high shift to save its life going from 2nd to 3rd. I have had most luck from 1-2 but I went for a spirited drive yesterday and it was giving me a hard time. I also have no lift to shift enabled and it doesnt seem like its working properly, that might just be an rpm adjustment needed in link but i thought I would throw that out there. I have my rev set too 8k and my no lift to shift there as well. Does anyone have and idea how to improve on this?

Side note. I do have a southbend tz thats supposed to be good for 500hp but it needs sent out too the shop and the pressure plate needs acid dipped or something to that effect.

Thanks in advance.

on 2g's the pedal cab crank where you can't see it without removing it, hat plagued me for a LONG TIME, iadjusted, made new lines EVERYTHING..

another thing i did that seemed to make my 150k+mile used AWD trans shift absolutely great (hopei don't get scolded for this) is to use about 3/4 a quart of AATX Dextron III and the fill the rest with gear ioil. the friction modifers in the ATF really seem to help old synchros

but get that clutch traveling good first

Can you elaborate a little bit for me turboglenn? Do you mean the adjustment under the dash? I have gone too far with the adjustment on that many of times and blown a slave or master. Im a little sketchy on adjusting that if thats what you mean. I have been running mobil one because I have not wanted to drop the coin on reline right now. That is very interesting. Is that just standard dextron 3 that they sell at an auto parts store. Im more then familiar with dex 3 i just didnt know if that is a special type of dex 3 im not familiar with off the top of my head. Also I do have a full SS clutch line sitting on the shelf. I have not installed it because I couldnt see it being much more benificial then a steel line. It is the entire line replacement from the firewall down to the trans.

Also do I have my no lift to shift set up properly with my rpm band?
