One of a kind custom made by me radiator fan, it consists of a 1g fan shroud, 92 honda motor, and a 2g n/t fan blade. I made the fan myself because my fan motor when bad. its going in a 1g. I think maybe the extra blade will add cooling. or maybe subtract cooling compared to 4 blades. what do you think?

I'm thinking putting 2 of those blades together will actually reduce the effectiveness because that single motor is now spinning double the weight and I'm sure is not spinning as fast.

The props built for maximum speed, for boats, are 3 bladed. Just because you can buy a Quicksilver/Mercruiser High5 prop doesn't mean that 5 blades will move more water. In fact, it's the opposite. I've owned a dozen different propellers and the 3 blades always blow the experimental, additional blade tech out of the water, literally.

But in the end, the blade pitch and surface area determines the flow @ X rpm so the 5 blade could well flow more than the 3 or 4 blade fans. It just depends on how it was designed.
