what radiator fan

as of now i overheat and only have one crappy pep boys fan on there. I need to know what kind of fan can keep me cool. I only have room for one fan because of my wg so i need one that flows pretty good. btw i am looking to spend under $100

look on ebay for a fan I got a 10" one that flows preity darn good I only need one to cool the car down I an thinking about getting another just to be safe thought. I got it for 40 bucks shipped I think. when looking get something that has a high CFM rating (more air movment)

STOCK, stay with it, it is a great fan, a little big but works great, I've had a slim line on my car and went back to the stocker, pick one up at a junk yard for like 20 bucks

make sure you check which way it is turning. if it is behind the radiator, some have reversed the wires, and it blows thru, so when the car is moving it is like cancelling out the air flow. even porsche had some 944's from the factory like this.

yea im gonna try to get one from a junkyard. I felt my friends stock fan and it seems to blow plenty of air. anybody know how much cfm the stock rad fan blows?

I purchased an Imperial brand fan from Advance Auto. Extremely easy to install with the kit that was included with the fan. I got the 14'' (226114) version and it fit beautifully with the stock A/C fan in position.

Not too bad for $70.00. It's 1350CFM, and clears my T04B V-trim and actuator beautifully.

psychlow, got any pics? I was thinking about the 12" imperial but was not sure if it would flow enough and fit. And I know, holly old thread, guess this is what happens when you use the search button.
