1G High idle isc problem

Hello I have a 91 talon car has a little idle surge check the isc it's bad little plunger thing I bought a new one put it start the car it idles at 3000rpm steady won't come down I'm on aem series 1 I messed with the biss it won't come down with the old broken part idles good like 1000 to 1300rpm drives fine any help would be really great thank you

Ya, need to reset the ISC before doing the BISS screw thingey.

How do I reset the isc and can I I'm not on. Stock ecu I'm on aem ems
