Hideaway License Plate

Ok everyone, here is a question for you, and I am about 99.9 % sure this is no where else (seeings how I've been looking for days).

Ludacris raps about a "hideaway" license plate. I want this. If someone can come up with a solid idea on how to make this work, let me know and I will pay for labor and parts. What I want exactly is a license plate that maybe folds up under my bumper or has little shutter type things that close in front of it (flush mounted in the bumper of course). I want it to do this by an electrical switch also.

This will enable me to run down the highway and have it gone and not be able to be seen by cops or the damn cameras above stop lights now. But when pulled over for "not having a license plate" I can just hit my switch before he comes and say "But officer, its right up there, are you feeling alright?"

I know this idea sounds stupid but its just one of those things. Lets see if any of you out there are as good as you think you are and lets see if anyone is up for a little challenge.

Thats a pretty neat product^^. That place must be out of biz because nothing works on that site... not the video or the ordering process nothing.

Let's see. A while back when I joined the site, there was a post asking how to remove the speed governor on GS-T's. A week or so later, there was a sticky about how the kid died trying to top out his GS-T. Not everything on this forum is harmless little fun. When people modify their cars for the sole purpose of going faster, the cars/drivers become more dangerous. And when somebody goes asking about how to do something retarded, I start to wonder why Darwin hasn't called on them already.

ok your gonna need two solenoid opoppers and wiring skillz, what you do is make brackets for it to slide down make sure the licebnse plate fits in the brackets and have a holding device for when you want it to stay up like a hole with a cotter pin soemtig simple, wire one popper up to where it pushes a piece of sheet metal up and there other one down tadaa bumper cover. gl actually making this work!

Not true. Stupid people are dangerous. Just becasue i have a fast car doesnt make me unsafe. That is just ignorance. I have a friend with a Camaro that puts 650 to the wheels and he drives like an old lady ALL the time. He only gets on it at the track.

Now to answer the quetion. All you have to do is find a small pivot like a door hinge. Then make a small bracket for a motor and an arm to connect it to the plate. When you flip the switch it will retract the plate and then it would be hidden. This would be super easy to make. If you are payign I may just make one and send it to you, sounds like a fun project. I love making little shit like this. I have an old mini trucker friend and they do this shit all the time, so there plate doesnt scrape when they drop it.
