Tips in no real order:
1. Easy on the oil pan bolts, don't over tighten them or they will strip.
2. If you plan on removeing the 02 senors do it when the engine is hot/warm.
3. The nut from the oil feed oil to the T25 is a pain to remove... You might wanna cut the line then remove the rest with a larger wrench.
4. Remove the radiator, will give you lots more room.
5. Tighen the oil feed line where it connects to the bango bolt, some forget.
6. Port the wastegate hole and housing LOTS.
7. Use vice scrips to remove the 02 housing stud and two nuts to remove the mannifold stud.

Hehe :p

Yeah I printed it out and just read it, about 10 times, then kept it with me while I swapped my first turbo. Took me like 4 hours all by myself. Sucked with no help though because I couldn't get the turbo up to the manifold to bolt it on easily and I dropped my brand new turbo!! OMG Didn't hurt it though luckly :p

Have a can of PB Blaster ready for those turbo and downpipe bolts and use it early and often. The banjo bolts holding the water lines onto the turbo are huge (like 26mm or something) so have something ready to use on those in addition to the PB Blaster. They usually seem to have been tightened by the hand of God.

Oh ya...get ready to go to sears hardware and buy $100 in tools LOL...forgot about that huge socket...I think it's around 22 or 23...no bigger then 24 mm.

make sure u spray pb blaster the night b4 u work on it and let it sit over night.. makes it alot easier.. if u do any work on cars shouldn't take u that long.. it's a simple job.. took me 2.5 hrs. to pull the stock t25 and install a 14b into my 2g..
