Help with Datalogger!!!!

Hey guys i have the OBD II cord, and am running palmenstein vs 5.2 and everytime i go to log it says ERROR no rev???? Well its all plugged in and everything and it still doesnt work!!!! is there anything you guys can suggest to me to help me figure this out... thanks

Redownload the software, while your at it download mmcd just to make sure it isnt the cable and its actually the software. On a side note, thanks for making prez drive your car last night. Just kidding andrew.
