So I bought this 1990 eagel talon to restore with my wife as it's her favorite car when we bought it I was told it need a new clutch as the old one was shot so I pulled it into the shop and dropped the trany put a new clutch in this car and put it back together after that went to start itnand foud the car would try to
Pull it self forward when trying to start so I figured the master cylinder and slave cylinder need to be bled. So I beld the system then tried to start it and same problem it was then that I noticed that the clutch pedal does not cum up to the brake pedal but about and inch behind it. So my question is do you guys think I need a new master and slave cylinder as well at a clutch pedal rebuild or is there something else wrong?? Also found out that if I unplug my clutch pedal sensor I just get a click but if I unplug it it trys to start don't know what to do with that either any help would be much appreciated as iam lost and about to just start throwing parts at it and iam trying to not do that

Do you happen to know were I could find the pedal assembly and how to I go about adjusting the master cylinder as far as my step height the clutch I bought was a napa Part #: NCF 1105048

Just noticed you're new. Welcome to the site. There is decades worth of archived research on here and very good resources.

The cars are old now and lots of parts are discontinued. Search around and most every topic you can think of has been covered. The ones who have been around awhile have documented every known failure point for the most part and there is discussion on many common topics. Sometimes too much.
For your problem my link probably covers most of it.
