OK typically the idea is master cyl is the problem with this but i cant find any leakage anywhere . My car run out of clutch fluid after a long day of semi hard drving not to mention that if im in first and i floor it and get up to high rpm and try to shift my pedal sticks to the floor but not under any other situation so my question is could my master be going out ? seeing as I already replaced my slave

ok lemme make it easy heres the whole story this has been going on for 3 weeks now ive just been refilling/topping off my clutch fluid every other day sicne its my only vehicle and i havent had time or cash to buy the master yet. I replaced the slave 3 weeks ago adn there was no staining on the carpet and nothing on my pedel and i havent gotten a chance to check way up by the boot of the master in the cabin . I'm ghoing to replace it either way since i replaced the slave. But my question is could it possible have something to do with the lines or hose ? or something else?

ok so if your replacing it every other day i'm sure theres a leak somewhere. i would check way up buy the pedal shaft (it's known to leak there). or there has to be a small leak at a fitting or hose. check over your lines and look for dirt build up in a specific area. the fluid will catch all the dirt and make it easier to spot.

figured as much im gonna take it to a buddys hopefully and jack it up since i dont have access to a garage or good jacks at my apartment right now thanks bro

Yes.

Look towards the bottom in the clutch adjustment section under "ghost pedal". There is an internal seal in the master cylinder that allows the fluid pressure to internally bypass it if it is damaged and the pedal will drop or stick to the floor. I am not sure why it would only do this at high rpm, but if you replaced the slave because it was worn the master should not be far behind it in terms of seal wear. So this is where I would start.

I also don't understand where your fluid is going if you lost that much that quickly, it must be leaking somwhere, I would say the master is the likely culprit. Rebuild or replace it and bleed the system thoroughly and see how it feels after.

Also if while you have it all apart why not get a ss line to replace the rubber line and accumulator, that would be one of my first things to do with the clutch on a 2g. You can also remove the restrictor at the salve if you did not already. It will make the clutch engagement much more direct, if you desire this.

You are losing fluid somewhere. You just have to find the leak now. Check the hard line running from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder. Check the connection where you replaced the slave. They have to be surprisingly tight to hold all that pressure. Remember this is a hydraulic system. It's probably spraying out while you're driving.

Have a friend get in the car and pump the clutch pedal while you look for leaks.

ok update here . I found a leak , it is where ,what i come to believe the flare nut , connects from the clutch line to the slave cyl .. The nut it's self is the source of the leak so im guessing it is not tight or something . However the support beam for the transmission rightu nder the slave is in the way and i couldnt get a wrench around the bolt properly ... any ideas before i take it to a shop ?

Since that is where the leak is i would get the SS line to replace the factory rubber one. Replacing that line would fix the problem and hold up better. They are not the costly.

well there is a bracket with two 12 or 14mm bolts that hold the slave cyl to the tranny. but i think your talking about the tranny support bar that goes from the radiator support in the front back to the undercarriage of the car in the middle. it also has the front tranny mount on it. Yes it would be easier to take that whole bar out but if you can get around it, its a lot less work.

You really shouldn't have to take that bar out. But if you do there's two huge bolts under the radiator, a mount, and two more bolts in the back.
