help with a distrodutor

ok whell its not a mitsu to start off i know i shouldent as questions about a honda but i dont work on them so if some one has some insite it whould help hear it gos my girls car is having random misfires in cylender 2 so i changed the plug wires and plugs , had the injectors cleaned i i decided to check under the new cap and rotor i just put on and on the # 2 point there was a hard blue build up on the point so i thoughed it might be coused by bad wires so i cleaned it off put the cap on and started it up it got better but whin i start to give it gas it hesatates and jumpes and its a clear msd cap so i can see it hesatating on that same point help please what whould cause this
