help wiring harness in bay

Im in the process of putting a 91 tsi motor in a 92 3esi and have a few plugs on the engine wiring harness that im unsure what they connect to. I have the service manual but it dont have with connectors. One is behind the intake on the drivers side near where the knock sensor connection would be on a tsi harness. The second is the connected close to the firewall behind the TB that comes off only bout an inch or 2 from the firewall. The third ill take a pix of to explain it. Ill have pix of the others later 2dayto im at work now.

the top one looks like the knock sensor. not sure about the bottom one.

its not the knock sensor the harness is a 92 n/t one and they didnt have those on my tsi harness theres the knock sensor and then one right next to it which is what this is

First connector has a blue w/the yellow strip and green w/the bkck strip. The second connector has a brown w/the white strip and solid red wire

Second picture shows two connectors; the one on the top is this.

The other connector is for the EGR solenoid on Cali-spec emissions vehicles. Sorry, no visuals on that one.
