- Wiseco 9:1 pistons (.02 over)
- Eagle H-beam rods
- Clevite bearing
- ARP studs & bolts
- Balance shafts eliminated

The head is
brian crower single spring,
bronze guides from sbi
ferrera 6000 series
1mm int exh valves milled .008
viton felprons

thats all new on the block the rest is in the profile, I have check my car codes with a scanner here is the report, still on the same tune, but i lost the cable so dont know how is running.

Make sure your knock sensor is hooked up right.. make sure you got it in the right plug if you have a few bonus ones hanging.. I think the knock sensor and ecu are on the same circuit going to the ecu.. I can look at the diagrams if u want

Ok i wil look for that, and if it makes a diff i use the 2g knock sensor on the 6 bolt motor.

One more thing wen i raise the boost it stay on 10 psi and before the swap i had it on 20 psi, i have not found leaks, and these thing boost real fast then before and the car feels strong but it feels like it has a limit.

Any other ideas to do. Sorry for my ignorance but i have to learn to fix these cause i have to do it my self for future problems.

Tuning is what will make your car feel better, if you have all lign up, just tune it.

What do you mean when saying, it feels like it has a limit?.
Does it looses power, it hesitates, or any abnormal goes on?.

Just give us a little more detailing on the problem to see what we can catch.

Ok guys i found that the knock wires connector pin was out so i fix that i think that was the problem with the knock cel. Well i started the car to test it and started to smoke a lot. The smoke dosent smell like coolant or oil it dosent smell bad weird. Well the set up is all new and also have cach can setup for the oil not to go to the intake, but always i found oil the intake side of the turbo lip. No play at all to any side or in, the turbo spools strong.
Well about the limit thing on the psi of the turbo is that i wont pass 10 psi but it pools real fast. What do you guys think abouth thsese, and my live data on the cell scaner, could it be that i am running rich two help.

Nobody has asked this yet, But what are you tuning with? The smoke could be because you are dumping loads of fuel. As far as not building boost That could be partially in the tune OR your turbo needs a rebuild. What turbo are you running? Injectors? Fuel pump? AFPR?

I also see the coolant temp at 57 degree's but the engine was running? Possibly might need a new coolant temp sensor...
Also the P1400 is for Your MDP sensor, So I assume it is either not plugged in or you deleted your EGR which is the main purpose of the MDP sensor.

I got the car tune 300 hp on greddy blue emanagement, but did not get the cable, also the car was stock 7 bolt. The head gave on me and dicided to do all that work done. The injector are 650 as before as the 250 walbro pump. The diff is the head ported as the hot side of the turbo, and built 6 bolt swap. The car was running for a while so it shold be on 180 temp thats what the scanner said and on the recorded data it says 57 degrees's. Could the port make me run rich, also i have cach can to stop oil to the rubber intake and two the intake manifol, but i keep finding some iol on the cold side of the turbo. Also on the pcv to inatake i am finding oil on the other side of the check valve of th intake side of the line conecting check valve to intake many, but not on the side of the cach can line going to the check valve.

The computer telling you that you are running at 57 degree's is whats making you rich. As far as the oil goes it could be the compressor side seal is bad on the turbo. Replace the Coolant temp sensor and see what happens. My guess is the Coolant temp is the majority of your issue.

Thanks bro for your answear and i will check that when i get a chance, also if the scanner said 180 on temp and later on the time i recorded the data on same scanner it said 25 degres's maybe that that the sensor is wrong will do and post. Also the pins of the tem sensor came of and i put them back could it be that the pins where put in a diffrent order does it madder. :ohdamn:, may be is that. For the turbo it pull good and no shaft play can the oil seals still be bad and explain the oil on the cold side intake lip.
Also why would there be oil on the check valve of the side where the house connect to the mani, it should be at least the on the other house that goes on th cach can to the check valve.

It certainly sounds like a coolant temp sensor issue to me. It is either in the sensor or in the wiring so check it out! And as far as oil on the cold side of the turbo, you can blow a seal and still have no shaft play since the seals are not part of the bearings. If you are running a vented catch can off of the valve cover, you can just pull the PCV hose off plug the manifold and run another line to the catch can

Ok bro i will check the sensor and try anotlher one, but firts i will change the white and black sensor connector pins to see if it was wire wrong, it should not madder put i need to try everything is my work car.

Well two things i keep seen oil on the cold side of the turbo, and i have a oil catch setup, but not shaft play at all. I only can say is turbo seals maybe.

Second it could be my valve seal, but the head is new. can valve seals cause oil to be in my turbo intake side, cause there is no way or even evidence that oil is going from the valve cover to my intake cause there is a catch can setup.

try posting pics but wont do something about security message pops out

Well to day i will remove my mani and check the runners, also to see the turbo on the inside. Makes me thing is the valve seals or the turbo seals
