Ok, today I reset everything to TDC, checked the CAS, it was 180 out.
Swapped starters again (for the upteen hundreth time) turned it over and it actually acted like it wanted to start!
So, I tried again, this time holding the throttle full open... and after a few tries it did start and run. Barely call it an idle, but it ran. (several times)
If I tried to move the CAS it died. If I even throught about letting up on the throttle it died.
I also had to get the fuel pressure damn near 45 PSi too...
So... right now the CAS is full clockwise, the fuel pressure is at stated 45.
Where can I start to try to do something to get it to run better...
I also tried flipping the orientation/spiner inside to see if that would improve anything.. nope
Hell I am just stoked it actually RAN ON IT'S OWN!

Oh, forgot to mention, even with that high Fuel pressure, I still did not smell fuel from the open DP...
Also would only start with the autolite plugs... WTF
the bosch 2's acted like they wanted too, but just didn't.
Like I said before, the turbo is out of the loop, the MAF is tied directly to the TB. Maybe a bad MAF? it is just acting like it is either not getting fuel, or a correct air reading...
Also, testing with NOID light, it barely lights... Not bright like I have tested non DSM's before with it. All plugs too.
