Help Please!

Ok i have a small problem.Just recently upgraded to a 20g turbo. Got everything installed except my mbc. my orginal T-25 had a little port on it to connect the vaccum line from the mbc. the cold side of my turbo now doesnt have one. I dont want to tap the housing, however one of my wastegate bolt holes go all the way through. I would like to use this, the bolt that was in there was m8 x 1.25. Does anybody know where i can get a m8x1.25 x 1/4 hose barb fitting? I cant find it anywhere, no auto parts stores, or hardware stores, any suggestions? thanks

I am not positive but why not run your mbc from J-pipe to Wastegate and not take out the housing bolt?

Yup, jpipe. Tap that if you have to vs tapping comp housing. Thats an easy one.

Because I don't have a j pipe I have a 20g turbo

Looks like you need to tap that hole with a 1/8 npt

Yea but it's already installed. I was hoping there would be somebody who carries that nipple. For ease of installation

And my turbo is down firing so all i have right there is 90 degree silicone elbow. Could i use that? seems like id have a boost leak if i went that route

Oh and just so anybody having this same issue knows a brake bleeder screw works perfect for this. its a buck fifty and no need to tap anything. So consider this thread resolved.thanks for the help guys

Tap into the closest hard pipe to the turbo and run you'r line from there to the waste gate.

I have my boost reference source on the right after the coupler on the intercooler that connects to my turbo. Works very well and have never had any issues with it to date.
